What mistakes we would do while doing push ups and that may cause injury in your shoulder and started pain.
I am sharing this because push ups is a casual exercise to that we will do in regular exercises.
The Mistakes which we doing are:-
1.The both hands are put to the ground , outward from
the shoulders with a gap of 1 to 2 inches. If it has more
gap then it causes injury in your shoulder.
2.When you going backward then it stretch your hands
to their limit.The more you go upper the more stress
applied on hands.Then it makes good biceps in short
time.
Don't spread your elbow more from the outside of the
body otherwise you got injury in your shoulder and
causes pain.Be ensure that your spinal cord bone should be flat
not bend in upward and lower position.The time under tension you take is very less means
you do only up and down speedly. The right way is to
go slowly down and go slowly up. So the time under
tension is more and by this you make muscle growth
