Alva Street

---

Steam rises from the blocks of industry
beyond the immediate trees;
a thin white veil
cloaking the city like a bedsheet.
And you waking, displacing
your head about apathetically
trying to light a smoke
with a magnifying glass and sunlight.

this linear love on a tangent,
golden, some ornament.

Everything up then falling
each morning, with light
tethered to the ceiling
while you lay still
dazed from dreaming,
the day breaks unassuming.

Alva Street

---

Dampf steigt aus den Blöcken der Industrie
jenseits der unmittelbaren Bäume;
ein dünner weißer Schleier
die Stadt wie ein Bettlaken verhüllt.
Und du erwachst, verdrängst
Ihr Kopf ungefähr apathisch
Versuch, einen Rauch anzuzünden
mit einer Lupe und Sonnenlicht.

diese lineare Liebe auf einer Tangente,
golden, etwas verzierung.

Alles fällt dann hin
jeden morgen mit licht
an der Decke befestigt
während du still liegst
vom Träumen betäubt,
Der Tag bricht unscheinbar aus.
