To start the hostilities you'll find an extra competition inside exclusive for approved members. It's called "Mash It Up" and it's an idea we came up with to engage the black and white community in a cooperative effort/activity. Have a look, I'd say you will like it ;)
There's still a second competition already set up, but that one will only be unlocked after we reach the first 50 approved members in the server. It's going to be a photography contest but with a HUGE twist, that's all I can say right now :p

I sincerely hope you guys will enjoy all this and that it will give to the black and white community a bit more of visibility and attention, that it so much deserves.
