يخلط الكل نذهن به دجاج ونتركه مدة 4 ساعات و من احسن ان تظل ليلة كاملة فيه بعد ذالك نأخد قنينة زجاج صغيرة نملئها بالماء وندخل فيها الدجاج ونضيف 4 كؤوس من الماء وندخلها الفرن
