كانت ألعاب الانترنت في الماضي فقط لمجرد التسلية وقضاء الوقت الممتع، لكن في السنوات الأخيرة ظهرت ألعاب الكترونية مجهولة المصدر سببت أضراراً بالغة في المجتمعات، حيث قامت هذه الألعاب بالترويج للعنف والتعذيب وصولاً للانتحار، فمن خلال مجموعة أوامر يجد الشخص نفسه دمية تنفذ أوامر اللعبة فقط.

تسببت هذه الالعاب بقتل الكثير من المراهقين والشباب، حيث تشترط اللعبة قانوناً غريباً وهو أن يستخدمها الشخص منفرداً فتدفعه للموت دون أن يجد من ينقذه، وبرغم ما سببته هذه الالعاب من ضحايا إلا أنه لم يتم حظرها إلى اليوم وما زالت متاحة أمام الجميع.

لعبة الحوت الأزرق:

تعتبر من أخطر الألعاب على الإطلاق حيث ظهرت في عام 2015 من قبل جهة مجهولة المصدر، تسببت منذ ظهورها بالعديد من حالات الانتحار فاق عددهم 100 شخص.

كانت هذه اللعبة سببا للرعب للكثيرين حيث تتمثل بوجود طفلة تدعى مريم قد تاهت عن منزلها وتريد منك مساعدتها في العثور عليه، وفي هذه اللعبة يتم طرح أسئلة متنوعة على الشخص منها الشخصية والسياسية والعديد من الأسئلة الأخرى، وفي نهاية اللعبة تطلب من المستخدم الدخول للغرفة لمقابلة والدها ومن ثم تقوم اللعبة بتحريضه على الانتحار، وما يميز هذه اللعبة هو الغموض والتشويق واستخدامها للمؤثرات الصوتية التي ترعب الشخص وتسيطر عليه.

لعبة جنية النار:

لعبة تم توجيهها إلى الأطفال حيث توهمهم أنهم إن لعبوا بالنار سيتحولون لجنية النار، فهي تطلب من الأطفال التواجد في غرفة بمفردهم مع ترديد كلمات سحرية ومن ثم حرق أنفسهم بالغاز كي يتحولوا سريعاً لجنية النار، ومن ضمن تعليمات اللعبة أيضاً أن يستيقظ الطفل ليلاً ويردد الكلمات السحرية وان يذهب للمطبخ دون أن يراه أحد وإلا ستفقد الكلمات السحرية قوتها، ومن ثم فتح شعلات الغاز من دون نار وذلك تجنباً للاحتراق ومن ثم النوم في المطبخ مع ترديد الكلمات السحرية فالغاز السحري سيأتي إليك وبحلول الصباح ستتحول لجنية، وقد كانت نتيجة هذه اللعبة موت العديد من الأطفال عن طريق الحرق أو اختناقاً بالغاز.
