A man can live a love story that dreams and shines in the highest heavens, through which he builds dreams and glimmers of hope. But he soon awakens to a terrifying nightmare, which his lover places without return and without warning. At this time, this shock and a great impact on the lover, as the latter lives in pain and grief, especially that the shock was not expected. A person can not do anything to avoid this trauma, which is certainly affecting the rest of his future life.

يمكن لأي إنسان أن يعيش قصة حب يحلم و يحلق فيها في أعلى السماوات، ويبني من خلالها أحلاما و آمالا متلألئة، لكن سرعان ما يستيقظ منها على كابوس مرعب مخيف، إذ يودعه حبيبه دون عودة و دون أي سابق إنذار. و في هذا الوقت يكون لهذه الصدمة و قع كبير على المحب، إذ يعيش هذا الأخير في ألم و حزن شديدين، خاصة و أن وقوع الصدمة لم يكن متوقعا. فلا يستطيع الشخص القيام بأي شيء يمكنه من تفادي هذه الصدمة التي من المؤكد أنها تؤثر سلبا على باقي حياته المستقبلية.

When a person loses his love, he has a feeling of vanishing and loss of balance. He also feels fear and anxiety. He suffers from severe crying. He also loses interest in a number of essential things, which were the main axes of his life. فعند فقدان الإنسان لحبيبه، يتملكه شعور بالتلاشي و بفقدان التوازن، كما يشعر بالخوف و القلق، و تنتابه حالات بكاء شديدة، كما ينقطع عن الاهتمام بمجموعة من الأشياء الضرورية و التي كانت من المحاور الأساسية في حياته. يشعر الشخص خلال هذه الفترة بانعدام الرغبة في الحياة، و يتمنى الموت، لأنه يفقد الثقة بنفسه و بأقرب الناس إليه، و هذا ما يؤدي إلى اضطرابات خطيرة في حياته الاجتماعية.

و بالإضافة إلى كل ما سبق و ذكرته يمكن للشخص الذي تعرض لصدمة عاطفية أن يشعر ببعض الأعراض المرضية مثل الدوار و الإجهاد و فقدان الشهية في الطعام، كما ينقص وزنه و يعاني من الاضطراب المستمر في النوم و الأرق المتواصل.

No one can feel the pain of the other person, after experiencing emotional shock, only the latter can feel the extent of the grief and grief that has been exposed to them, and the power of trauma.

لا يمكن لأي شخص أن يشعر بالألم الذي تعرض إليه الشخص الآخر، إثر تعرضه للصدمة العاطفية، فقط هذا الأخير هو القادر على أن يشعر بمدى الأسى و الحزن الذي تعرض إليهما، و بقوة الصدمة.

لابد على أي شخص تعرض لهذا النوع من الصدمات، أن يستطيع التغلب مهما بلغت درجة حزنه و ألمه، لأن هذه ليست نهاية العالم، لأن الكثيرين يظنون أن هذه هي نهاية العالم، بل على العكس تماما، فالحياة مازالت طويلة و مستمرة، بأحزانها و مسراتها، فمهما كان ألم الحزن كبيرا، إلا و ستأتي الأفراح من جديد لتنير سماء الحياة.
