  • 2 tomatoes.
  • Cloves of garlic.
  • Five bay leaves.
  • Three tablespoons of vegetable oil.
  • Five tablespoons of olive oil.
  • Two hundred grams of carrots.
  • 100 grams of peas.
  • 2 potatoes.
  • A cup of finely chopped fresh coriander. Teaspoon ground ginger.
  • A quarter teaspoon of saffron.
  • Salt, to taste. Tagine
  • How to prepare:
  • Wash meat pieces with cold water until red blood is eliminated. Wash the vegetables mentioned on a vegetable
