The Most Expensive and Arguably Most Beautiful House Ever Sold on Mainland China

With this hefty price tag of 💴 1,000,000,000CNY or $149,000,000US sparing no expense in materials or craftsmanship.

Located on it's own private island in Suzhou’s Dushu Lake. Suzhou is one of China's most historical cities and its ancient architecture is what many western people think when ancient China is brought to mind. It was built using traditional methods over the course of 3 years by Xiangshanbang Traditional Architectural and Building Skills true masters of their craft. It has 72,441 feet of living space, omg! what a work out just to get from one side to the other.

It's just spectacular. It would be like walking through ancient China but with lights, wifi and better wine. Speaking of wine. Once you have this cellar fully stocked you would never need to run out to the shop for more. I bet this cellar has over a million dollars worth of top notch wines.

You could have one of your many concubines or for the lady masters, one of your man servants bring you a bottle to one of your favourite spots outside and take in the views of the sun set across the lake.

In complete traditional fashion a misty Koi fish pond to meditate and reflect at. Or write Steemit posts, cause you must have time by now. What would be the point of having all of this if you didn't have time to Steem.

Take a dip in the heated pool with your friends during a kick ass party as the sun starts to come up again. If girls don't go wild here you are doing it wrong.

With a home this big you would need tons of friends just to make it feel full. Who wants to live in an empty home? Well, there are places to hide without a doubt. But fear not it has 32 bathrooms, there will never ever be a line up. Where will they all sleep being stuck on an island of only 1,663 acre (one acre is roughly 1/2 soccer/football field, so that's like 800+ football fields.)

It has 32 south facing view bedrooms ensuring maximum comfort and Feng Shui.

You would never have a dull moment just wandering around the property. Not too sure I'd spend much time in this living room but I would be comforted knowing it was there to pass through to the billiards and games room. Would be a good place to meet the president though; president of anywhere or anything.

A fun game of hide and seek might be worth reminiscing with once in a while with this as your courtyard.

"Would you like breakfast on the morning patio my dear? I will have it brought to us, anything you want."

It's fun to dream isn't it. The life you don't have but so desperately need. If I had the money for a house like this I would just buy more wilderness in Canada and protect it from becoming anything like this actually, as much as I'd love to have both.

Now it lacks a harem of hot babes in French maid costumes...
