How to Stop Talking About It and Do Something About It

If you want to find out how to stop talking about it and do something about it, you may have to give it some thought. There are many things that may have led you to talk to the people around you and then not get any sort of support from them.


Think about the person you know. Is he/she someone who is always there for you? Has your friend or partner always been there for you no matter what happened. Does he/she help you in times when you feel lost? Has your friend or partner made you feel good at times.
Think about all the people who are there with you. People who are supporting you. You might find that most of these people are not thinking about how you feel.
Think about yourself. Have you ever felt worthless? Do you believe that a life without you mean that you are less of a person?
Think about the people that are around you. Are they doing anything for you? Have you considered them as a friend? Did they make you feel good?

Think of your parents. Did they do anything good for you in the past?

Think about yourself as a person. This does not mean that you cannot be proud of your achievements. Just be careful about talking about them around people who are not supportive of your work.

Do not try to talk to a close friend about your problem if they are not sure about it. They might start to criticize you and this may worsen the situation. Instead think about the people who care for you.

Think about the people who might offer help. Sometimes people who are close to us may be able to help us, but we might not want to ask them for help because of our fear of being rejected.

Think about what could be done. Are you scared of telling people you have a problem that you do not know how to stop talking about it? Then think about talking to people you know.

If you think that you can not stand talking about your problem, think about doing something else instead. Just remember that there are a lot of people who would be happy to help you.

Thinking about how to stop talking about it and do something will also help you realize that you have made a mistake. It will also help you accept that it is time for you to start doing something about it. for there is a lot to be done in this world.

If you think you have made a mistake to try and make a list of the things you have done wrong. Then decide how you can make it right.

Make a list of things you think that you should do. that you can think about to help you deal with the problem. and do something about it.
Think of the people who know you well. Make sure that they are not criticizing you because you do not know what you should do. Make sure that you are listening to them because they can help you change your way of thinking.

Think of the reasons why you think that you can not stop talking about it. Sometimes it is a feeling that you have. and sometimes it is a habit.


Think of the people who are close to you. You might think about talking to them. If they are not there, then you need to think of other people that are close to you that would listen to you.
Think of the people who would like to help you. Think of the people who may be able to help you help yourself.
