During a conversation between Omar Periu, one of the best motivational speakers in the world, and Geoffrey James, writer of the portal Inc., came up with some tips that can be very useful to increase your motivation.  1- Always have a purpose

If you do not know why you are doing a certain activity, you may not find the meaning, so you will not feel motivated to carry it out. That is why, before starting any activity you must analyze for an instant the purpose for which you are going to do it, this will allow you to keep your goals clear.



2- Assume the consequences of your actions

You must assume the consequences of your actions both positive and negative and try to do the best you can with them to keep moving towards your goals. It is always good to know that we have the possibility to decide what to do with the results obtained.



3- Do not expect the perfect moment

Many people spend their lives waiting for the perfect moment to act with the objective that the result obtained is perfect. But the reality is that true joy does not come from what you achieve is perfect, but from your efforts to try to achieve it. So remember, the only perfect thing is that you are perfectly free to act.

 

4- The importance of good nutrition

To act and feel good we need a lot of energy, and for the body to be able to create this kind of energy it is necessary to have a good diet. We currently live in a society dominated by junk food that damages the quality of life of a person and can even lead to serious illness.

 

5- Surround yourself with positive and motivated people

Hundreds of studies have shown that the group of people around us influence our behavior. That's why, to feel motivated, it's best to surround yourself with positive people, with good energy and with a desire to make a difference. Over time you will understand that motivation ceases to be something that is done, to become what you are.
