Habits are responsible for achieving our goals, those that keep us going, help us eliminate what does not add value, and consequently substantially improve our lives.

It could be said that the habits that you practice in the morning are the most important of your day, since depending on how you start your day, it will depend if you are productive, motivated and even focused on fulfilling the most important activities.

To ensure you have a good start to the day, and therefore a productive day, here are 7 things to do before 7 in the morning.

Be fully awake

Successful characters like Richard Branson, Mark Zuckerberg and Barack Obama are known for waking up very early.

When you wake up early, you have time to review the news, exercise and even enjoy a quiet time to boost your mind. And not only that, when mornings avoid the feeling of trouble, something characteristic of most people in the morning.

Avoid your phone and its notifications

Although it sounds a bit extreme, there are valid reasons not to pick up your phone once you get up in the morning:

When you sleep with your phone next to your bed, the light it emits and the sound of notifications affects the quality of your sleep.
If you get up and check the notifications, emails and social networks, you are starting your day distracted, with stress and without dedicating quality time for you.

Exercise or meditate

One of the best ways to start your day is by exercising; It does not matter if it is running, lifting weights or even meditating.

Among the main effects are: reduce stress, feel happier, increase your energy levels, have a better immune system and be smarter.
