The Formidable Five Pillars

Any good building should be supported by pillars to keep it from collapsing. In judges 16 it took Samson all the energy left inside him- plus extra from God to be able to pull down those pillars that supported the temple. Any good success is supported by pillars or foundations which ensure that it lasts and is strong. Crushing these pillars therefore will pull down the temple of success or academic excellence. Any attempt to pass through any shortcut to academic excellence is just like building a house supported by a weak wooden structure which stand strong for just a few moments. Any stress on the pillars, and down it goes. Strong pillars ensure the lasting survival of a building. It survives the rains, storms, earthquakes...even a tsunami.

Good academic success, like a strong building, is hinged on strong pillars reinforced with iron and other strong metals. These ensure that the academic genius who bases his success on these pillars survives all the harsh condition and all the roadblocks that come his or her way. His success knows no bounds and is not disturbed by little challenges here and there. By keen observation most brilliant students possess many of these pillars. I can assure you that the possession of these formidable pillars is 90% of your problem solved.

The good news is that these are no special gifts from above, neither are they inherited from your biological parents. They are habits that are acquired through training. They can be learnt when one makes the decision to do so and does righteously. What it means then is that anyone who learns to possess these pillars make 90% strides to attaining good academic success and becoming a genius. So you see anyone at all can be done. It is all up to you
