Morning Motivation #3: '4 Parts of Visualization' What You Visualize It Over Extend!

Hi Steem friends! Kuya D here greats you GOOD MORNING!

Since the start of our segment "Morning Motivation", I wanted to devote my self for the welfare of amazing morning. I believe that what makes morning good is to wake up good. Morning routine, what you do creates ripple effect on a day to day basis.

McGregor And His Inner Image


I really love McGregor. I idolize the way he speaks in front of a press con, interviews and many more. He's not nagging about what he does or criticizing his opponents but rather he speaks aggressively by motivating the audience. I wanted to share this video showing why people love him, follow him and idolizing him as much as I do.

4 Parts of Visualization

Frequency - This is the number of times you visualize particular goals or dreams you wanted to achieve.
Duration - It's a length of time you hold the picture in your mind every time you visualize.
Vividness - A direct relationship of how clearly you see it in your mind and what makes it materializes.
Intensity - The amount of emotion you attach to the image.
