Hello steemit friends, may you all healthy! I'm always consistent in creating content. My goal is to share with you all. Share information, inspiration, motivation, and more.

Steemians....

Have you ever felt disappointed with yourself? Eager to follow new habits-start enjoying the process. Sudden! Passion is gone, like blood loss. It's hard to start again

Start diligently writing articles for example-damaged again. Begin the discipline of doing extra tasks-so messy again. Start a low-calorie diet-eat inconsequential again. Already diligent to wake up to worship night-to be sleepy again. And many other examples.

Do you want to think that in the future it will happen again? Certainly not! Let's learn the pattern of disappointment does not happen again.

We observe, the incident always starts from a condition that makes you off not undergo, whatever the reason. There are unusual happenings that make you come up with the justification for not following the habits you're building.

If this incident keeps repeating, you begin to heavily commit. If it keeps happening-the habit starts to break down. To start, it takes energy that is not light.

Law 21 days

A research report, to build a new habit required action at least 21 days. The habituation process-the term psychologist's friends. This is the challenge of building new habits. Need toughness steps to get through the three weeks.

After passing, the habit has been formed and becomes a new comfort zone. That's when step automation takes place, when not doing-will come the sensation of discomfort.

Well, how disappointed when it was difficult to get used to something. Begin to feel comfortable going through but must be ravaged and back to old habits. This happens because the deadline has not been 21 days stuck-whatever the reason.

Moment of risk

I call this tempting situation or event as a moment of risk. This is a wonderful condition that keeps you from bending your knees to avoid programmed habits.

For example, you start a low-calorie diet. Be very careful in the affairs of calorie intake as if each intake is carefully calculated. Eh .... the office held a party to welcome the new boss who confirmed a variety of special snacks presented. Inner turmoil arises and in short words you give up and brush the dishes.

Prepare alternative actions.

What should you do to keep your new habits? Of course it must be cheated.

Rather than give in to the moment of risk with 1001 justification. You can set alternate actions to ensure that new habits run. Either way, there must be a breakthrough for uninterrupted new habits.

Prepare carefully for alternative actions so that new habits are not overwhelmed by the moment of risk.

Pelakasanaan sangat susah... apalagi membentuk suatu kebiasaan baru. Perlu energi extra untuk hal ini

Benar bg @khanza.aulia, membentuk kebiasaan baru memang susah.

Yes! Saya setuju bang khanza. Semoga kita selalu istiqamah di dalam kebaikan.

The law of 21 days, didn't know...thanks! Will verify.
