Saturday: put your watch completely inverse on your hand!
Sunday: wash your teeth by anther hand that you are not used it usually!.
Monday: if you are left handed ,eat your launch by your right hand!
the purpose of such unusual of activities is challenging your brain in order to nerve cell get forced to find another way or create new ones which they escalate your cognitive process,memory and brain capacity!
