Who AM i? The QUESTION of FUNCTION

Who Am I ?
To successfully answer this question,we have to understand something, that question... Who am i, is a question of function.

Sometimes we mistake identity for our profession, for example if you ask a man who is practicing medicine,who are you, he may answer, i am a doctor,we also mistake it for our origin.
Identity is not all these things identity is preceded by function,it is the function that determines the identity of a person or a thing.

This is why we start using a piece of paper that was made for taking of notes to fan ourselves,after a while we tend to call or refer to this piece of paper as a fan.

Now there are two identies that are associated with everyone on earth,these are your

1. current identity,the person you are now?
2. ideal identity,the person you wish to be.

But there is one identity that beats both of them,what identity is that? Your original identity, the true you, the one who God made you to be

What is God's identity for you?
Who did God create you to be.
The person you are now,is who your environment and society has caused you to be and function,isnt it a pity to see a being of dominion, a god, a king,trapped in a 9 to 5 job.

Last month i experienced something I will like to share with you.
I live in a compound where there's no water,so we have to go out to get water.
So there's a place i love to buy water from,one hot afternoon i needed to ease my self, so i set out to get water from my regular place,upon getting there i knocked and knocked but no one answered,so i decided to stand on the raised platform where the rubbers placed to get water,to check if anyone was around,when i climbed my eye caught something that i had never seen before,i saw a young fruit tree(i can't remember what fruit exactly) laden with wires, the owner of the compound had cut the branches of the tree, and was using it as a pole to connect wires from power holding to his house and this intrigued me.

That tree's original function is to produce fruit, but now it carries wires,come to think of it, isn't that derogatory, a tree made to produce great fruit to add value to people is now functioning as a nepa pole.

Then i realized this was the same thing with most of us,God created us with all the potential to dominate,to be in charge, and rule the earth,to live as a god, but we have allowed our society to cut our branches,by allowing them to determine who we think we are. They give you a job and call you staff,they get you to join cults and use as a political thugs, and for whatever selfish thing they have in mind, They call you labourers,house wives,the lower class,they tell you are a second class student and pay you lower than you are worth?

Believe me you can dominate,believe me you can be in control,why? Because its in you right now, God made you that way to dominate,just like the eagle soars the sky without problem, you carry in you right now the ability to dominate the earth without stress and labour, but first you have got to change the way you see yourself,change the identity you give yourself,or allow people to give to you.

So who are you?
Lets take a look at how God intended you to function

...And God blessed them [granting them certain authority] and said to them, “Be fruitful, multiply, and fill the earth, and subjugate it [putting it under your power]; and RULE over (DOMINATE) the fish of the sea, the birds of the air, and every living thing that moves upon the earth.”
GENESIS 1:28 Amp

You see those words i emphasized,rule and dominate, he desingned you to rule and dominate the earth, that's where you are to function,that's your identity,so the next time someone calls you a name that's not yours,you tell them sorry that's not who i am,I was born to dominate,i am KING!

You are a being of dominion,you are made to take charge of the earth,that is your identity,its in your place to determine circumstances,not letting circumstances determine you. When a challenge comes up don't be afraid look at it square and tell it i am in charge,you aren't,no matter how big you are in me is power and potential greater than you,and i am going overcome you.

That's not all ,remember just because God made you to function as a king,doesnt mean you are going to, until you are convinced and believe that you are a being of dominion and think as one who is in dominion,you will never experience it.

WHO ARE YOU?
A KING!

WHERE DO YOU FUNCTION?
AT THE VERY TOP,ABOVE EVERY CIRCUMSTANCE,CHALLENGE,AND THE WHOLE EARTH.

always keep those words in mind,and think them, if you do so then you are on your way to releasing the greatness trapped inside you now.
