The class was done
A little boy came to my desk
With his dirty sheet all soaked with stains and ink
“Have you a new sheet dear teacher:
I have spoilt this one”, said the boy
I took his dirty sheet soaked with stains and ink
Tore it into pieces, gave him a new one and said:
“Do better my child”.
I went to the Throne of Grace
The day was done
Have you a new day for me dear Master
I have spoilt this one
He took my day all soaked with sin, frustration, anger:
Tore it into pieces, gave me a new one and said:
“Do better my child”
