Exercise also increases the amount of endorphin hormones in the body, reducing anxiety and pain. Furthermore, exercise can help regulate the rate of protein synthesis in all cells of the body. Lastly, exercise can help to regulate blood sugar throughout the day. Clearly, exercise has a positive effect on hormone levels and overall health.
