When we sell to someone we will find all kinds of people, from the kind to the angry, and independently we must deal with all of them, so we must know how to act because, when we face a demanding person we must be patient, this type of people look for the minor defect to complain and say that the product or service does not work.
Some time ago I had some people like that, I questioned the products I sold, in fact I underwent a police interrogation of the product, the price, the quality, its advantages and disadvantages, etc., finally when I finished seeing two options of my product asked me for advice on what seemed best, my partner told him that as he was the one who bought and the decision was his, which displeased the client who said "I want to know your opinion to know if it is worth what I buy, if not this is how I better go to another place where they give me certainty that their product is of quality "so I intervened and commented that product B was in my opinion the most appropriate, after this it showed its approval and asked for more things to buy, resulting in a successful purchase.
What is this? Many times we have to learn to deal with demanding people under their minds, not believe that it is not appropriate to mess with them because, often the most demanding clients when we win them turn out to be the most loyal, this man has never stopped to return to our store, and no matter what other stores offer he never goes to another site that is not ours, when you earn the loyalty of a demanding customer, no matter how much competition this client has, he will never change you for another one, besides always be willing to talk to friends and acquaintances about how good your product or service is, giving you the opportunity to sell to more people who naturally have good expectations of you.
I know it may be difficult but if you are patient and you know how to manage your business you will achieve it, so treat your clients as if they were very demanding, if you do, I assure you that you will win a very special place among the potential clients since your business will be a symbol of quality and when you get to have a demanding customer you will know how to treat it so that you will obtain your loyalty so be glad if you have a demanding client because it will be a first step to achieve success.
