During my gratitude post yesterday here
, I made mentioned of some new informations and development, a positive shift that will take effects in my blog, this #motivationalmonday is one of the new development.
So you are all welcome to the first working day of the new week, as we all know, today being monday the fist working day, many people needs motivations to enable them dare the lions in their lives.
Motivations enable you to see yourself as a giant instead of a grasshopper, it renews in you the passion that will drive your pursuit to the very level of accomplishment, so hence forth, as God will give the strength, every mondays will be for motivations so as to enable you go through the week's challenges because to really succeed in any pursuits, you must encounter lots of challenges because without challenges, you can't really know how competent and strong you are fit for a particular position.
So our motivational words for today is; no retreat, no surrender

A long while ago, a great warrior faced a situation which made it necessary for him to make a decision which insured his success on the battlefield. He was about to send his armies against a powerful foe, whose men outnumbered his own. He loaded his soldiers into boats, sailed to the enemy’s country, unloaded soldiers and equipment, then gave the order to burn the ships that had carried them. Addressing his men before the first battle, he said, “You see the boats going up in smoke. That means that we cannot leave these shores alive unless we win! We now have no choice we win, or we perish! They won. Every person who wins in any undertaking must be willing to burn his ships and cut all sources of retreat. Only by so doing can one be sure of maintaining that state of mind known as a BURNING DESIRE TO WIN, essential to success.

You know, atimes you can't record any success until you make an unthinkable decision that if you eventually succeed, it will change your life forever for good, listening to the story as narrated in the book think and grow rich, those warriors has zeroed their minds that they either win the battle or they all die in combat to their enermies since the only means of retreating(running back) which was the boat has been destroyed, and these singular act of faith in action will automatically raise their energy and strength to the point of fighting to win, and with this, their adrenaline will automatically be activated and their minds made up thereby enable them to win the battle by all means, their minds will also be conditioned to succeed since they don't have any alternative way of escaping death, thus, your mind is a powerful weapon through which with it alone, you can win any battle, if you are able to convince your mind to win any battle at the mind level, that particular battle is considered already won, but to get to the level using your mind as a weapon to win wars, you must beable to convince your mind through practical steps and act of faith just as these warriors did.
That particular project you are about embarking on or already embarking on, you need an some action steps that will convince your mind that they is no going back, What are your action steps towards accomplishing this mission?
Remember, without winning the war in your mind, you remain a losser and to win the war in your mind, you must beable to convince your mind such that it will autamatically agrees with you that they is no retreat nor surrendering.
You must have only but one option without an alternative; it's either I win or I die, that, is only when success awaits you in your pursuit.
If you want things to change in your life, you must change somethings in your life because it's only a fool that will keep doing the same thing and expect a different result.
Until you do the things you have not done before, you will never experience the things you haven't experience before.
