Thank you for your answer. I thought that way too.
Maybe you know company - SkyWay Systems , this is new transportation company (very similar to Hyperloop one), and they are selling companys shares at penny cost. This company is from Baltarussia. It looks they can expand in the market, but one bad think sounds for me that this company is from Baltarussia and they selling these shares with MLM marketing system.
