With another big seven days ramping up for all of us switched on, ambitious go-getters, this week I thought I'd take a little break from Real Estate advice (more coming very soon, lots more) and instead, offer you a few motivational pearls of wisdom.

Let's go...

On failure:

Failure isn’t the end, it’s just the beginning of a wonderful journey that will ultimately yield you the greatest success and more happiness than you could ever wish for.

You may fail many times and it will hurt, but once those wounds have healed, you’ll be one giant step closer to where you want to be.

On optimism:

Optimism is something that will fuel the fire of your ideas, of your passion.

Those who live in a perpetually pessimistic mindset will limit themselves and their ability to innovate.

So, don’t be afraid to be the dreamer, because if you dream big, you’ll aim big.

On originality:

Be yourself, don’t try and imitate - people will see straight through you.

Always remember: you’re an original, you’re a legend, you’re you and that’s who you need to be, who you were born to be.

Do things your way, spread your unique tone of voice and put your personal stamp on each and everything you do.

Do it your way friend, do it your way.

On starting anew:

Even when your morale has been beaten, bashed and it’s bloody and bruised, as long as there’s even a glimmer of spark left in your soul, you’ll be able to drag yourself up and reach for the rafters once again.

When you regenerate, you become smarter, you become stronger - and you become better equipped than ever before.

So, if you fail monumentally, take a breath, smile and start all over again.

I hope these pearls of wisdom have helped you get this week off to the best possible start - let's make it happen.
