Take time to walk down a beautiful road that meanders through the apple orchards in full bloom. Try not to take on too many projects at the expense of your family and health.
When We need a bit of exercise and refreshing outdoor wind in our faces, my husband and I Put on our warmest of jackets and go for a brisk walk on the coast with the wind whipping at our heels.
Wild weather is so bracing. You get home with renewed energy and a little windswept, but inspired. Even put our wet weathers on in case of a shower. Love it!
Hiking in the mountains is so good for the mind. Can't wait for the warmer weather so we can don our hiking boots again. Love medium length walks and hikes.
The views from a mountain slope is breathtaking and your worries melt into the distance.
Take a break from your busy schedule and see the difference it makes!

This is such a great post! I love spending time outside, too. I love running and I always run in the nature, no matter where I am and what the weather looks like. The trail can be flat or hilly, there can be 30°C or -15°C, I don't mind. It gives me such a great feeling. I always stare at the trees, the birds, the people, everything. This is how you can get connected to nature :)
