There is something about the word "decide" just like "suicide","homicide","genocide" and all the other "-cide" with their respective prefixes
One thing is common with all these -cide and what's that? Something dies
The moment you decide, a whole lot of things are eliminated except what you want it to stay.
So can you DECIDE and kill the rest of the distractions?
Once that's done, what's left for you to work with is Focus
