Colt almost went for a swim on this evening's ride around the bunds of Saloi. I thought I could squeeze past this obstruction. But as I was passing I felt the rear wheel slip away. I instinctively dropped the motorcycle in the hope that the handlebar would anchor itself onto something and arrest the slide down into the swamp. Thankfully that is exactly what happened.
I had to literally drag the motorcycle up inch by inch. I took this picture after I had pulled the motorcycle back to safety.
It's a good thing I decided to take my 135 kg Hero Impulse for a ride today and not my 220 kg Triumph Tiger. I would have never been able to haul up the Tiger on my own.
