the role of tires is undoubtedly important. In order to ensure sufficient grip,
to be able to pass quickly and stop quickly, the tires need to be inspected and
replaced as necessary. If there is negligence in this most basic but very
important link, it may lead to a tragedy of injury to the car in the slightest,
and car crash in the severe case.
How to change tires?
Due to the long-term use and serious wear and tear, accidents may occur if
used again, so I decided to change the tire. (Here is a reminder that you must
check and replace tires in time, safety is always the first thing!!!)
STEP1 Remove old tires
First remove the old tires from the car.

For a scooter, the front wheel disassembly is relatively simple, just remove
the tire axle and remove the tire.
Note that during the disassembly process, do not hit the brake discs and

STEP2--deflate
The master pulled out the valve core and squeezed it moderately with the help
of a tool to exhaust the tire.
STEP3-Stripping
This process is to remove the tire from the wheel hub. The master puts the
tire on the operating table and fixes it, first press it with his hand, and then
insert the prying board along one side, and keep turning it out until the tire
is peeled from the wheel hub. (Here I want to remind those who change tires
manually, you should be as proficient as possible in this step, and reduce
repetition. Because multiple tire levers can easily cause internal tire cracks,
cause "bite inner tube", and easily hurt the tire. Toe.)
Then, with the help of a tyre picker, the old tyre is completely peeled off
the wheel hub
STEP4--New tire installation
After removing the old tire, start installing the new tire.
First of all, apply a layer of grease evenly on the inner ring of the wheel
hub and the inner edge of the new tire to facilitate subsequent installation and
avoid unnecessary damage.
Use the operating platform to fix the wheel hub. With the rotation of the
wheel hub on the operating platform, keep pressing it, and use the pry to turn
it out continuously to evenly contact the tire rim with the rim wall, and ensure
that it is firmly embedded.
After installing the tire into the hub, check and adjust the valve so that it
is aligned with the center of the hub.
Then inflate. When inflating, you must see the standard tire pressure of the
tire.
Such new tires were successfully installed on the wheels.
(Because the replacement tires are 10-inch small tires and a small
displacement car, the speed is slow, so the tire dynamic balance was not tested.
However, the tires should be dynamically balanced under normal
circumstances.)
After that, the wheel hub after changing the tire is installed on the
motorcycle, and the brake disc is reinstalled in the caliper. But pay attention
to moderate force when locking the axle. You'd better choose motorcycle tire from
motorcycle tyres manufacturer and supplier which mostly ensure the quality and price.
