The quiet country life.

Given that this film was made by the same people that made Shaun of the Dead I was expecting a somewhat comedic film, and it is what you would expect. The also manage to keep the plot interesting, making this more than your classic fish out of water type movie.



Getting transferred to a country town should mean a quieter more relaxed life for a police officer. Or at least that is what every one is expecting. But when you live your job 24/7 you see crime everywhere and don't stop being on duty. This type of behaviour can make your colleges look bad which is why PC Nicholas Angel was transferred out of London.

Initially the town seems like another sleepy country town with not much crime, however, when two actors are found dead our super cop doesn't quite accept the "accidental" ruling and wants to undertake a full investigation.

His suspicion seems to be confirmed when more dead bodies turn up, but him and his partner need to convince everyone else including their captain that murders are taking place.

If you like comedy, and some action with a good plot you should see this.
