Based on a novel titled Traumnovelle (Dream Story) (1926), this story begins with a long debate, Dr. William Harford (Tom Cruise) must listen to the shocking statement of his wife, Alice, (Nicole Kidman) who claims that he once wanted an affair with another man. The confession finally made William trapped on a long night involving a number of things he never imagined.

Previously, I apologize to my viewers because I, who loves film lovers, who bravely review the movie, and even with his narcissistic displaying his own name as the name of the movie blog, gag ever watched Stanley Kubrick's films. Well, please do not be crushed because I even a few months ago gag never heard of Stanley Kubrick's name. The intention of this embarrassing admission is when I review the latest film made by Stanley Kubrick, you can understand that my bacotan below is limited to what I see in this film, without being able to cool with other Kubrick movies that you may be- You've often heard. For example, 2001: A Space Odyssey (1968), Dr. Strangelove (1964), A Clockwork Orange (1971) and Full Metal Jacket (1987).
Look, my first impression was so nih film that the release of 1999 is: Classic! The scene was so exciting. In a literal sense. Because for the sordid brains you can see Nicole Kidman - who is now a widow Tom Cruise in the real world, naked. Relax, but it's not a pervert way. Perhaps his brain on ngeres will think macem, but silhouette in the opening scene featuring Nicole Kidman releasing his outfit with angle shoot from behind, then a title in the old font appeared, into an artful appetizer. It's enough to make you literate. Well ... before you have to get caught up in Kubrick's long and tedious duration and style of directing Kubrick, and if watching alone it would make you sleepy.
Create a layman movie lovers, watching this movie will shake or frown. Really freak oath. Since I have never watched another Kubrick movie, I know whether this is his directing style. But based on the information I read on the wiki, Stanley Kubrick is well known for his sometimes surrealistic work, the characteristic of his formal-style and perfectionist-style films in every detail. Watching this reminds me of the movie Elephant (2003), a film directed by Gus Van Sant that told me about the last day at a school, before a brutal murder began by two students, you can realize the same shooting style. Perhaps, the movie Gus Van Sant is much more tiring because it is less dialogue, and spend time just to shoot one character to another figure walking between the classroom corridors and doing important gag things. But benernya still the same aja, on EWS (I briefly wrote from now on), Kubrick hobby takes a scene that tells important details of the gag in such a long duration. Long dialogs. The journey is so long. Though the long scene was just about to tell one point. Take for example the long dialogue of William and Alice during a big fight in the room. In addition, the story is so absurd. The movie gag ouch is obvious. The story is absurd, because how strange the gag is when EWS Kubrick presents William's sexual adventures in a horrible cult ritual - where all the men wear masks, and the girls are all naked. Not to mention the strange stories that surrounded the character of William in one night which really seems to be right. Well, even though the bosses were in the early to mid-more, entering the scene where William got into a crazy sect involving mass sex festivals, the tension nuances were so overwhelming. The masks and the hoods are so scary. A wildness that also feels so disgusting. Well, when the scene Willliam brought to the center of the sect stage because caught illegally infiltrate and then told off the mask, the oath of tension was felt so tense. Kubrick successfully built the scene into a scene that gag easy to forget because so capable of making me dread-degan. It goes far beyond the excitement I watch ghost movies. Oath! Moreover, the long duration to highlight one scene was so long which of course makes my heart ketar-ketir is much longer. Awesome! For me it's a very memorable scene.
The tension has been continuing since William stepped out of the cursed mansion, and when he tried to uncover the mystery of what really happened to him last night. The scene followed by the person from behind is also so thrilling and gripping. Sumpahhh .. but the technique is classical and conventional, but very impressive. Not to mention the scoring music that really haunts. The piano clinks that benernya like a new person to learn the piano is really the gag can be done, and add to the dreadful atmosphere that has made anxiety. Although produced in 1999, Kubrick also incorporated his classic style in many ways that makes us think that EWS is an old movie. Pay attention to theatrical aja posternya plus the 'The End' at the end of the movie. This is what makes me a little understanding how the genius is actually the director who died while in the process of editing this Eyes Wide Shut.

Let dilist: Conventional directing techniques. Scenes of nude and s * ks are overdosed. Ending the absurd. Long scene that makes me drunk. Smart and exhausting dialogues. Music scoring that haunting really. The tension is really tense and breathtaking. So, what's the conclusion? yes, sometimes geniuses are so close to the vagueness and the inability to be understood by the laity. I know that geniuses have their own ideals to convey their ideas, although sometimes the genius may be a gag to the other laity who witnessed. Understanding this movie is a bit difficult, but EWS is definitely a terrific thriller!

Movie-lovers - the film lovers who gag overly object to absurd and gag movies only judge a movie only from stories and effects - who are already 18 years old and over. (Better yet 21 years and over).
Not recommended for:
People who are not old enough, and gag ready with a film that keeps wondering from the beginning to the end.

Naturally, the scene of William infiltrated a heretical sect, then because caught as a guest not dindang, told to the middle of the room where all the people in the mask and hood stood around himself and told to remove all his clothes.
