If I understand you correct, then the movie run on your laptop and you took the photo with a cam?
In this case: You can take screenshots with pushing the button "PrtScn"
After this start Paint, paste (because the picture is the invisible clipboard) and last step you save the picture.
Or If you use windows you can also use the "Snipping Tool" for a specify part of your screen. This should work even when the site/movie not allow screenshots.
