An affair revealed, causing disbelief.
A bitter lawyer, a neglected wife,
A housewife seeking to reclaim her life.

An ensemble cast, each with their own tale,
But the narrative, at times, does fail.
Pretentious and disjointed, the film may be,
But the performances shine, for all to see.

Glenn Close, a standout in the fray,
Kristen Stewart, making her debut in a unique way.
A film not for all, but for the curious few,
To explore the depths of human nature, true.

The Safety of Objects, a glimpse into suburbia's hell,
Where lives collide, in a tangled spell.
A story of loss, love, and the search for connection,
In a world where middle-class dreams face reflection.
