I found the rest of Rick's dream sequence. It's a movie called Legend from 1985 also directed by Ridley Scott.

It only makes sence!

Blade Runner plays in 2017, which is the future of Legend. The dream sequence is merely Rick's implanted memory from Jack played by Tom Cruise in Legend.

If you see a Replicant, say hallo from me.

      I cant say but I can imagine similar creatures like this did exist.

      We have Rhinos for example and nobody doubts their existence
