The first two movies were all in Philadelphia. The first one is an idea that comic book superhero are just exaggerating of powers in the real world and meta-humans exist (eg. Dunn is unbreakable whilst Mr Glass is the mirrored opposite and nemesis).
Split is similar, saying Kevin is a meta human with 24 personalities with the last one being the Beast, and is not just personalities, their believe changed the physical attributes as well.
So the new movie Glass will probably mean Dunn has to deal with Glass and Horde.
