Mozilla has launched the Next Generation Browser Firefox Quantum. The company claims that it is the biggest update to be given in 13 years. This browser has been released for Windows, Mac, Android and iOS. This new update can give a tough competition to Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge.
Mozilla has said that the new version of the browser's core engine has been completely changed to new technology. The design is also new and it is quite fast beforehand. Mozilla Quant uses less memory according to its rival browser and you can open multiple tabs in it.
Firefox 1.0 was launched in 2004 and this is the biggest update ever to be given. According to the company, you will notice the first thing while using it, it's speed. Under its second change, its user interface has also been changed, which is named by the company Photon.
After two months, the company has released it for all users after its beta testing of the Firefox 57 version, which is being called Quantum. Many new tools have been provided in this new browser with much speed. For example, there are tools like Read It Later and Pocket which are of a lot of work. Along with this, the layout of private browsing has also been changed.
Mozilla has said in its official blog that Google will now be the default search engine in the Firefox browser in the US and Canada. However, in India, Firefox is the default search engine Yahoo. Firefox Quantum will organize tabs based on Priority.
