Aloha everyone!

Just thought I'd share a gross story behind this photo of me and my two favorite gals; Rhonda and Tisha. About two years ago we signed up and did the Spartan Race at Ko'oloa ranch, on East side of Oahu. At the finish we are covered in mud. Yes, my friends, more mud!!!

Here's the gross part...that mud smelt like horse poops. Seriously, not just a little but very strong horse poopy smell. LOL Well, I discovered later that it is a ranch...with horses. Duh!! I didn't know since I've never been there before. So, voila! Too late!

During the race it felt like we were swimming in mud the whole time. Finishing the race was the obvious but for me I no longer cared about that. My goal was to get out of that nasty stinky poop infested mud as fast as I could.

Afterwards, we hosed off, what seemed like a very long time, but that mud and the smell lingers...on...and...on. Ugh! After I got home, my body still had that stinky odor even after a couple of showers. Never again!

I share this funny, gross story in hope to put a smile on your face. As always, have a wonderful day!

Aloha!

Ewww! Hahaha! If you love mud, just wait for some big rains and go play up in the Pali.
Maunawili out to the waterfall has got to be the muddiest place I've ever hiked.
Bonus, no horses! LoL!
Looks like you all were still having a blast! That counts big time! ;)

Lol! Mister, u have no idea how many waterfalls I've chased! 😜 I'll post some of those later. Thanks for stopping by, braddah. Aloha!

I can't wait to hear about them all! Include lotsa details about the amazing one's so I can find them and track them down myself, ok?
Mahalo my friend!

Hmm, that's the problem. I've been to so many but can't remember the names for the life of me. I'll slowly backtrack some.
