How to make tempe nugget, this ingredient
200 grams of tempeh, puree
2 tbsp of wheat flour
1 clove of garlic, grated
1 small onion, minced
1 egg
½ tsp pepper powder
salt to taste
Layer:
2 chicken egg whites, shake
100 grams of raw coarse flour
HOW TO MAKE NUGGET TEMPE:
Mix tempe with all the ingredients and spices, stir the dough until blended. Put it into a flat container or pan, flatten and steam. Once cooked, lift and chill.
Cut into pieces according to taste. Dip in egg whites and then coat with panir flour. Allow to dry.
Heat oil, fry nuggets until dry. Remove and drain and serve.
