FIRE ARM ACT

1. Under the firearm act define the following words briefly: Ammunition, Firearm, Public Armory etc
   ANSWER:
   a. Ammunition: Means ammunition for any firearm and any component part of any such ammunition but does not include gunpowder or trade powder not intended or use as such component part.
   b. Firearm: Means any lethal-Barreled weapon of any description, from which any short, bullet or other missiles can be discharged and includes prohibited firearms, a personal firearm or muzzle loading firearm.
   c. Public Armory: Means a place or building established or recognized as a public armoury in accordance with the provision of this Act.
