Mushrooms, which are a very good source of food if you live in the countryside, you can get them from the forest for free and in large quantities, the only period when there are few of them is when the summers are very dry and we don't have rains. But with periods of rain, it is possible to get enough of them to even put them in a jar or fry them and then put them in the freezer for the winter.
Here in my forest, the best edible mushroom is the chanterelle mushroom, which are the most valuable, I'll try to post them soon also.
