I think Lennon was singing about their systems of control in this one.
However, and it's a big, however, I think Lennon was in some way connected to the archon control as he has the LE in his name. Like Marxist LEninist. You see, the archons are using these names for a reason! The LE types are inevitably ATHEIST!
While the EL names are ALWAYS theistic believers. But the Demiurge controls both sides of this coin which is why the Aeon Kristos called the Sanhedrin council the 'blind leading the blind'...

I wonder where AxLE Rose's metaphysics lay? David LEe Roth? Geddy LEe? The name LEe is interesting as in Bruce LEe...I've suggested in other posts that the Demiurge (whatever it is) set up shop in China in antiquity and controlled the flow of civilization from there...The KA works here, too, so KA and AK would be a part of archon names. The best way to try and understand what I'm getting at here is to watch HBO's Westworld and imagine Dr. Ford giving the hosts their names...
