This Why The Music is So Important For Me

There are so many genres of music, like Pop, Rock, Jazz, Metal and more. I think all genres have their own benefits and vary for each person.

But, I will not explain the benefits of music as the experts do. I just tell you some of the musical benefits that have helped me on many occasions.

Stress reliever

Honestly, I'm one of people who have low stress resistance levels. I often get stress even by a small problem.
When I heard music can relieve stress, I go to collect some music, and start therapy myself. The music I often use is classical music, relaxation music, sometimes some jazz also can help.

To Have Energy/Spirit

When my days are boring or when I feel lazy to move my body and prefer to stay at home without any activity, I start to tune the music.

I will choose empowering music like "We Will Rock You" from Queen, "Stronger" by Britney Sprears, "Beautiful Day" by U2, "Uptown Funk" by Mark Ronson & Bruno Mars, and many others.
Believe me, it's work in many times.

Get Focused

I like to read, I collect a lot of books, some are on the shelf, some are in my smartphones. Every day I always take time to read, but the problem is, sometimes I have trouble on focusing.

In this situation, I will put the headset into my ear, and start playing brainwave music, especially the ones made to improve focus.

Well, that's why the Music is so Important to Me..
