I find it amazing to think that this was made in 1962! Almost 60 years ago! Would be really interesting to know how she made this, with what equipment ect.

Yes, its all very experimental even today, and back in 1962 it must have seemed totally outlandish what she did.
I assume, she used a lot of tape recorders to put those sounds together, since there was no synthesizers available. The photo also suggests that.
