We all have that inner darkness that we try to subdue our whole lives. I wrote this song to acknowledge that and at the same time beg for mercy and forgiveness - hoping to be saved by anyone who can see that there's still that goodness in me that prevails.
Anyway, this is not to be taken too deeply - just enjoy the music :)
