I first became a fan of Dallas Green in when i was in high school, and he was the guitarist and vocalist for one of my favorite post-hardcore bands, Alexisonfire. He now performs under the name City And Colour, and has a very different sound. He performs with a full band, but does the composing himself. He seamlessly flows from folk, to alternative, to ambient indie sounds that just about anyone can appreciate. His unique songwriting, has earned him a quite loyal fan base that keep him on the road often. So keep an eye out, he may be rollin through your town soon.
