They left there career tragically hip..

I've always loved the tragically hip they embodie Canadian music. ever since I was 8 or 9 I had one of there albums on cassette am now 27 so that's quite a long time and throughout it I've always wanted to go see them but I always thought oh well maybe next time I have the money I'll go. But that day never came rather it should have because I was well employed and had the money, and to add insult to injury gord downie has a brain cancer preventing him from ever touring again, so I thought hell I'll hop on this and go see my favorite band.... Sadly that was not the case as there was a private club from what I understand that got advanced tickets even worst, most of them ended up scalping the tickets online for ridiculous prices. So unless I was rich I wasn't going, and I didn't unfortunately.

So as there final tour set sail I listened for ever tour date and as it came and passed I let it be, but my loss was fueled even more when I saw a clip of gord downie crying in the middle of the concert and that made it so much more real that this was it this was what was going to happen good bye tragically hip good bye rush. Well I geuss you don't know what you got till it's gone so they say, that or I was born in the wrong era....FUCK!
