Another Tune - per request of a few Steemers

Slowly getting the hang of this place ( the crypto conversion part, however still baffles me 150%) But I plough on & at some point I'll 'get it' :)

Here's another tune - more of a calm, peaceful feel than the last. I wrote this tune w/ a 103 fever.

I used to get fevers a lot for some reason. Fevers are strange happenings, producing uber odd effects not only in the body, but in the brain. And I noticed, whenever I had a fever, I it forced the 'thinking me', out of the way and all that was left was the 'feeling me' - leaving me almost like a channel for whatever was waiting to pass through. All the brain chatter that normally fills space here on planet earth being gone & I became just a vessel for energy. And, in my case, when that brain chatter subsided, creative energies were free to pour through. It almost felt as if they were there, all along, the songs, the ideas, the creativity, patiently waiting for the thinking me to move to the side so they could be birthed.

Anyway, during this particular fever this tune, "Lay Me Down With Your Hands" popped out. I remember sitting on the floor, writing it down, guitar in hand, dripping beads of fevered sweat all over the note paper & instrument. A fleeting thought of; "I should probably be laying down, resting", but somehow the song won out & it's energy kept me composing, channeling, writing 'till it was complete.

Once I was up & about again a day or so later, I listened to the tune & it sounded to me like a song that's been around forever, for 00's of years, but that somehow poured though, when the brain was out of the picture.

Anyway, here's the tune. Put your headphones on, lay back, close your eyes & loose yourself a bit, its that kind of tune & I credit the Universe for I am merely a vessel, a shell when stuff comes through.
