From one of the most underrated bands around. Primordial from Ireland are hard to categorize really. They're commonly filed under black or folk or viking metal, but that serves them no justice. For that scene, they also convey an unusually strong political message by examining history, especially of suppression by political and religious power. This is one of their most melodic and accessible albums.
