Just discovered this reissue of an album by an artist I newer knew about. Down and to the left disco- I love it.
Not the best sound on youtube, but the groove is there. Saw that someone mentioned that this artist is the white "William Onyeabor". Sounds like he used the same instruments.
Bobby Chance: It's Broken released in 1980 and rereleased on Trunk records 2012.
