Hey, Steemheads. Happy Halloween!!!
Now that you've licked all five minor pentatonic positions, let's move on to a new song for Halloween--Ozzy Osbourne and Randy Rhoads' kickass masterpiece, "Crazy Train."
At the end of the lesson we will dip out toes into the world of relative major and minor. For me, this is where the real "trip" of theory kind of hits your system!
If you missed the last lesson, you can catch it here. Enjoy!!!

Over 40 years ago I went to school for music. I had played acoustical guitar for about 10 years but began learning to play classical. Much more difficult but if you can play classical, you can play any style. Without question, classical guitar is the hardest stringed instrument to play but words can not express how it turns the worst day in the world into the best in just a few minutes. I lost my ability to play a little over a year ago when I badly broke both wrists in a farming accident. I had surgery on the left one about 5 weeks ago and the Dr. said she believes I'll be able to play again. In a couple of more months I have surgery on the right one. One day I'll probably post a story about it but it's so depressing to not be able to play......I still sometimes will catch myself with my eyes tearing up if I'm not careful. It really sucks.....Keep practicing brother and count your blessings! :)
