Anthology is the first greatest hits compilation album for the Steve Miller Band, covering material from their first seven albums. This album will introduce you to an entirely different side of the band if you do not own their earlier stuff. It a classic rock vibe, yet bluesy, some psychedelic, acoustic ballads, and a whole lot of hippy soul! A NM version on Discogs will set you back $30-$40, but a VG+ version can be found for around $20. Do yourself a favor and put this 2LP set on, open a bottle of wine, and enjoy the next hour of life.
