Hi Steemians! I'm doing a series on music topics. Tag on and let me know what you find interesting about music!

As I 'm just starting out here on Steemit, I was thinking how I could add some value. Since I’m pretty young still, I don’t have much life experience to count on here. However, I thought it would be good to share the little experience I do have and write about what kept me busy for 3 years: studying Musicology.

Problem is though, there’s many things I could write about. Music is a broaaaad topic really. Way too much to put into one post for one thing. So that’s when the idea came to do a series on music and share with the community here the topics that I find most interesting.

Below, I’ve wrote down a draft program of the topics I thought of writing about:

Episode 1: ‘Music of the Spheres’

Episode 2: Mobile music listening - Use of portable audio devices in day to day life.

Episode 3: Ludwig von Beethoven - Composing deaf

Episode 4: Music therapy

Episode 5: Use of chance in music

Episode 6: Music perception across cultures

Episode 7: Music and computing

Episode 8: Musicians and synesthesia

If anybody has any input as to what other topics you’d like to read about, just shoot!

Obviously, I don’t write articles of the top of my head, so it’s going to take research anyways. If you got something interesting, I’m happy to consider it!

Will probably publish the first episode in a day or two. Stay tuned!

Here is a possible blog subject I am interested in. I would love to see chord progression blog that is easy to understand and have a demonstration.

I dabble with music (daw) and would like to improve. There may be others interested in the subject also

Thanks for the suggestion! That's a great idea. I have worked with some DAW's for fun, but I must say I'm certainly not a specialist when it comes to the workings of such software. Mostly worked with Proppelerhead Reason and a little with Cubase, but it's been a while. If it comes down to the music though, as in composing and chord progressions, I could help. What kind of music are you interested in?
