This four young men with long hair managed to change the world through their songs, their popularity was such that hundreds of people fainted to their presence in concerts, the press followed every one of their movements, so much that they came to say that they were more popular than Jesus. This and other controversies, marked the history of the group, and arpund it have been created various myths and secrets, many of which have never been able to be revealed, and that at the same time they server to increase the fame of the band.
The Myth: "Paul is dead"
Certainly the most surprising rumor about the band, even today has generated some controversial debates, it began back in August of 1966, when the Beatles were last presented live in San Francisco (USA):- PaUL IS Dead. Three years later, the most tasty history in the world of rock n roll appeared in the U.S, through a DJ from a Detroit radio, Russ Gibb. This theory which gave fame to Russ, led him to travel to several places on the planet in order to participare in discussions surrounding the subject.
The Myth:
Paul McCartney was tragicaly dcapitated in a car accident in England, and in order for the for the group not to disintegrate once it was booming, the record Company “Capitol Records” summoned a double to relpace him. A William Campbell (with the same talent as Pauls), a guy who was never seen again in his city. John Lennon, who never accepted the idea of fraud started leaving out clues, he started leaving subliminal tracks for fans of the group about the death of his mate, in the most famous album covers and lyrics of the band. The myth “Paul is Dead”, as it became known and popularized, began to be divulged in 1969 and the truth about his death would’ve been revealed in the United States, through a DJ of a Detroit radio. The new toured the world, and became ian obsession of the detective-fans for years, adapted into books, TV specials, websites and even movies. Despite being categorically denied by all involved, the countless evidence found corroborates the myth “Paul is Dead”.
Abbey Road
Clues in the cover:
The photo represents a funeral procession, being John The preacher (dressed in white), Ringo as the mourner (black), George as the gravedigger (with work clothes) and Paul as the deceased.
Paul's eyes are closed, because he is dead.
Paul advances with the front foot, while the other Beatles do it with the left. The other Beatles don't consent to William Campbell appearing like them.
Paul smokes with his right hand, but he is left-handed, which proves that the picture is not Paul, it's William.
The car in the background seems to go directly against Paul, in what is the representation of a traffic accident.
the license plate of the left Beetle is 28IF (translated would be 28 if). I mean, Paul would be 28 years old if he was alive. Paul would actually be 27 years old, but according to some Indian traditions in which Paul believed (and some Chinese), the Year Zero is counted as the first.
This same tuition begins with "LMW", which means "Linda McCartney widow".
In the back cover, where the title of the album appears, to the left of the word "BEATLES", there is a kind of holes in the wall, forming a number 3 representing that there are only 3 Beatles left.
Sgt. Pepper´s lonely hearth club band
With the elements that appear in this layer, we can determine that the image would be that of a funeral (that of Paul).
Clues on the cover
-The yellow flowers are inside the sheath of a bass, the instrument that Paul played.
-we can determine that it is a direct allusion to Paul because it is located in the way that the left-handed and yellow flowers represent death.
-If you look good, you will see that the yellow flowers write: "PAUL?"
-If we put a mirror in the middle of the word HEARTS that appears in the hype, it appears written "I Die" (he Died), just below Paul.
-People look at the heap of land formed by a tomb, that of Paul.
-The Puppet on the right has in his hand a white car with blood-stained interior. It's a car similar to the model Paul was driving.
-Under the previous doll, you can see a glass with yellow flowers. Look very carefully and you will see a car that has fallen from a precipice and flames out.
-under the letter T is the Hindu god "Shiva the Destroyer". His hand points directly at Paul.
-Paul has in hand a black instrument, while the rest of the band have instruments of another color. Black is associated with death.
-You see an open hand on top of Paul's head. According to Indian tradition, that happens to people who are going to die or have died recently. The hand on top of his head will appear in more ocassions.
Clues inside the album
on Paul's left arm there's a shield. It reads the initials O.P.P. (Ontario Provincial Police). This is because William Campbell was a police officer in Ontario.
Clues on the back cover
In the picture we see that William Campbell is on his back as he really isn't who he seems to be.
in Paul's head appear the words "without You" because he is not really there.
George's thumb points to the letters "Wednesday morning at 5 o'clock" the moment of Paul's death.
Tracks on the vinyl record
The second face of the English edition never ends as it has an infinitely repeated audio track. It sounds an incoherent talk, that if it is played backwards it says: "Will Paul come back as Superman?".
Clues in the tracks
-Sgt Pepper´s Lonely Hearth Club Band. "Let me introduce you to the one and only Billy shears." Billy's a nickname for William, Paul's replacement. Billy Shears breaks down into "'Billy hears" which would mean that Billy starts to hear, to be present in the world.
-She´s leaving home. "Wednesday morning at five o'clock". The moment of the accident.
-Good morning, good morning. "Nothing to do to save his life".
"People running around, it's five o'clock". Againg the talk about the time of the accident..
"Watching the skirts, you start to flirt, now you're in gear". Paul had the accident to distract himself by looking at a woman's skirt, now he's in the dress, its the shroud.
-A day in the life. "He blew his mind out in a car". Without any comments….
Yellow Submarine On the cover we see again the palm of his hand over Paul's head. This means that this person is dead or on the verge of death.
-Yellow submarine-"in the land of submarine" makes reference to the graveyard.
-All You need is love-"Yes he’s dead, we loved you yeah, yeah, yeah.". If you listen carefully, at the end of the song we hear this phrase by John.
-Only A Northern Song-"When you are listening you may think that the band is not quite right the band is a little dark and out of key, you're correct, there's nobody there." A clear clue.
-Hey Bulldog-"You think you know me but you haven't got a clue". You think you know me but you have no clue.
Magical Mystery Tour
On the cover Paul is the only one that appears as a black walrus. In the poem "The Walrus and the carpenter" of Lewis Carrol (of which John was a fan), the black Walrus eats oysters and dies (this is confirmed in the song Glass Onion of White Album, later ...)
Clues on the inner booklet
In this booklet teres only the first edition of the LP.
on page 3 Paul sits under the cross boxes. In the English funerals they put some boxes crossed on top of the coffin.
on page 4 Paul's hat is crushed, indicating that he suffered head injuries in the accident.
on page 13 it is rea don Ringo’s Drum "Love the 3 Beatles". He loves the 3 Beatles.
on page 24 Paul is the only one wearing a black carnation.
Clues in the lyrics
-I'm the Walrus-"Bury me, Bury me, Bury my body." "Oh untimely death." This appears if you listen carefully to the end of the song.
-Strawberry Fields Forever-"I buried Paul". This is heard if you put the song backwards.
-All You need Is love-"Yes he’s dead." "We Love you Yes, yes, yes." At the end of the song you hear this clearly.
-Hello Goodbye-"You say Goodbye, I say hello". It represents Paul's departure from the group and the arrival of William.
The Beatles (The White Album)
The first would be a supposed photo of Paul ... it's a little bit like it, but Paul didn't dress like that. Many investigators came to the conclusion that this would certainly be the photo of William Campbell before performing some surgeries to get a similar look.
The other is a strange photograph of "Paul" in a bathtub, it is said that's how they found Paul's corpse.
Clues in the lyrics
-glass onion-"Looking through a Glass onion". The term "glass onion" is used to talk about a coffin with the glass lid.
"I told you about the Walrus and me." We are as close as can be. "Well here another clue for you all, the Walrus was Paul." We're as close as possible. Here's a lead for everyone, the Walrus is Paul. Listen to the song and see how it is clear, with what has been said before, more explanation is needed?
-While My Guitar Gently Weeps-you hear: "Paul, Paul, Paul, Paul ...". George sings this because he misses his friend Paul.
-I'm so tired-if you listen backwards you can hear Paul is Dead Man, miss him miss him. Paul is a dead man.
-Revolution No. 9-Heard normally you hear "number nine, number nine" (issue nine), but the other way around we will "turn Me on Dead Man, turn Me on Dead man". Make in one (or excite) dead man.
-Don't pass Me by-"You were in a car crash ...".
With these evidences, it depends on each one of you to believe or not in one of these possibilities:
A. That everything is pure coincidence ... (For my part, this dismissed)
B. That Paul is actually dead, and that the story is true, or ...
C. That they were the true creators of the myth, that is, that Paul did not die, but at least thats what they made people beleive….
